First week

Wednesday, March 4 - Things are getting normal and the breakfast is a nice ritual. At school I have experienced how beauty treatments are given by the English students. They gave different treatments on me. The way they do these treatments are given are a lot different than we perform them. They tend to use a lot less pressure at a treatment, it was nice to experience this. In the evening we were tired and did not much besides chatting and relaxing.
Thursday, March 5 - This day we had school till half past 4. The lessons we followed were comparable with the lessons we experienced earlier this week. In the evening we went to the cinema with Megan, Cynthia, Zinnia en Marije. We viewed the movie “Fifty Shades of Grey”. I had seen this movie before in The Netherlands, but with subtitles. Because there were no subtitles here I could concentrate more on the story en the English. Around 11 o’clock the movie ended and we took the subway home.
Friday, March 6 - We had school today until 5 o’clock. At first we followed some lessons on at the place we were the whole week. At half past 11 we left with the metro en bus to another location where we followed some lessons about hair and hairstyling. I really liked this but the traveling I did not appreciate, the trip was very long. From the bus to the new location we had to walk. Around four o’clock we went home. In the evening we were free to go. We went to the center of London to go partying. The club we went to was named “Tiger Tiger”. It was looking really nice when we arrived. Before we entered our ID’s were checked. This was done by a machine, when you were old enough you may enter. Inside we had to an entree fee of 10 pound. The cloakroom was 3 pound and drinks were about 5 pound each. The prices they handle here were a bit of a shock to me. Around 3 o’clock we went home with the night busses.
